3D is a gimmick that is a disgrace to people with poor eye sight. Some people simply can not and will never be able to see 3D so the option of 3D gives other gamers a huge advantage over the ones who will have to disable (or in many cases, doubtful they will even allow it to be disabled) or just deal with it.

Let me guess Sony doesn't have handicap ramps for its wheelchair employees either? This is bordering on discrimination and I really wish 3D would just go away, forever.

As much as I would love to see 3D stuff, how many people have another $2500 to buy a new TV just to do this?
