Ubisoft's singleplayer and multiplayer-enabled Assassin's Creed Brotherhood will be released on November 16, according to the game's E3 trailer that has leaked onto YouTube early (via Joystiq).

The singleplayer of Brotherhood will follow Assassin's Creed II protagonist Ezio into Rome as he attempts to destroy the rival Templar Order. On the multiplayer side, players will aid the Templars and try to eliminate Assassin's. A multiplayer beta is planned at some point prior to release.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is in development for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. It is unclear the November 16 release date is worldwide or US only, at this point.
