The first fruit of Ninja Gaiden designer and Dead or Alive creator Tomonobu Itagaki's Valhalla Game Studios has been revealed as Devil's Third, a third-person shooty-melee title that's every bit as over-the-top as you would expect.

Publisher THQ has yet to give a release date for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game.
