"The Kidnapped Girl" is the latest of the six missions contained within Red Dead Redemption's "Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack" to be revealed. "Another gang has taken over Fort Mercer, and they're holding a farmer's daughter hostage," developer Rockstar explains. "You and your crew will need to charge the fort and eliminate the gang with all firepower necessary - then fend off enemy reinforcements as you transport the girl by stagecoach safely to her home at Ridgewood Farm."

The first downloadable add-on for Rockstar's recently-released western, the free "Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack" will hit PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on June 22. Additional content will follow, with pricing, release dates and other details not yet known.

Chris Faylor was previously a games journalist creating content at Shacknews.

it seems like they all have a twist though, like a stagecoach chase, loading a mine cart with gold, that sort of thing.

Damn. I knew it. Six more coop hideout missions, for at least one they didn't even change the location, and on top of it its free. Tomorrow heaven shall fall on my head!
