by Chris Faylor, Jun 08, 2010 1:45pm PDTA downloadable demo of 2K Czech's open-world gangster game Mafia II will hit PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in August before the title hits retail shelves on August 24, publisher and studio owner Take-Two Interactive has disclosed.
Take-Two CEO Ben Feder made the revelation today while discussing the company's plans during a conference call, specifying a "comprehensive demo program on Xbox Live Marketplace, PSN [PlayStation Network] and the Internet that will allow gamers to experience the game leading up to its launch", with no other details provided.
