As Realtime Worlds prepares to unleash its online cops and robbers game APB: All Points Bulletin, the developer has issued several new screenshots and the minimum specifications.

Distributed by Electronic Arts under its EA Partners initiative, APB: All Points Bulletin launches on June 29 in North America, then July 1 in Europe and July 2 in the UK. Fifty hours of online playtime are included with the game, after which players can choose between subscribing or buying more time.

PC Minimum Specifications:

Core 2 Duo 2Ghz or equivalent
2GB RAM (3GB for Vista64 / Windows 7 64)
nVidia GeForce 7800 - 256MB or equivalent
20GB Hard disk space

Headset and microphone recommended.

Broadband internet connection required.

"There will not be a Linux or Mac version of the game, Realtime adds in its FAQ, noting that "We're evaluating opportunities for a console port of APB but there's nothing concrete to announce at the moment." Should a console version of APB eventually see release, the company has said it will be a "different game that fits better for the system."

From what I heard from people on the Shack I'm not really eager to try this.

As a tester, I would say don't buy this.

Agreed. Terrible game. Terribly executed beta test. Little to no feedback from devs. Worthlessly vague patch notes. Awful.
