Lots of assholes in the US and around the world who think their problems are caused by someone else rather than their own genetics or other environmental factors. So they blame vaccines and ignore tons of scientific studies saying otherwise. They think they are doing a public service getting parents to opt out of vaccinations.

I'm sure they feel there's some stigma about parenting a kid who are not perfect like everyone else's. So they have to find a way to push the blame if any on to something else.
