Backbreaker Demo Hits Xbox 360

Offering a chance to try before you buy, a sample of NaturalMotion's physics-driven football game Backbreaker is now available though the Xbox 360's online Xbox Live Marketplace.

Weighing in at 415MB, the downloadable demo is currently only available to those that have purchased or redeemed an Xbox Live Gold membership--a restriction that typically lifts after the first week of availability.

A downlodable PlayStation 3 demo should hit "soon," according to publisher 505 Games, with Backbreaker due to hit North American retailers on June 1.

I downloaded the demo. I played it and I loved it. I cant say its PERFECT, but its fun, fast and it moves sweet. Tackles movement PASSING and rushing are as delicious as your first kiss. EA can kiss my ass with their 1997 bullshit property.

Roughing the kicker in this game is ridiculous. The other team has punted about 8 times against me and 7 times I ended up getting a roughing the kicker penalty. One of the times we blocked the kick and ran it in for a touchdown only to have that call come in.

Other than that it is amazing fun
