Shack PSA: $45 for All Telltale Sam & Max Games

7
Telltale Games has unveiled the Sam & Max Complete Collection, offering all three seasons of its episodic adventure game series for a mere $45 as an introductory offer.

As well as the complete first two seasons, 'Sam & Max Save the World' and 'Beyond Time and Space,' for PC and Mac, the Complete Collection will deliver the new episodes of the ongoing third season, 'The Devil's Playhouse,' as and when they are released.

Saving $45 on the cost of individual seasons, the introductory price will run until June 2.

I agree that digital distributors should offer some form of price protection, particularly with all the crazy sales that pop up.

Er...how so? You want a refund on the difference or something? Why does it being digital change the fact that sometimes you get stuff cheaper if you wait?

Amazon has it. Many retailers have a grace period where if you purchase something right before it goes on sale, you can claim a rebate/coupon for the difference. Otherwise too many customers wait for a clearance.

This just in: things get cheaper if you wait and could go on sale later on.
