Call of Duty: Black Ops Confirmed for Wii; Set During Cold War and Includes 2-to-4 Player Co-Op
by Brian Leahy, May 11, 2010 8:00pm PDTEurogamer has confirmed with Activision that a Wii version of Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops will be released alongside the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 versions on November 9, 2010. There was no Wii version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Additionally, a preview at USA Today reveals some details about the game, namely that it will take place during the Cold War era and follow "at least two main characters."
Cooperative play for two to four players has also been confirmed, but it is distinctly mentioned as something that is "beyond the single-player story." We could see a mode like Modern Warfare 2's Spec Ops, which presented two players with bite-sized, co-op experiences disconnected from the campaign.
USA Today has more details in its exclusive preview Or you could watch the debut trailer again.

btw... as I saw in the trailer, this is going to be something as Assassin's Creed...
Why're the copying? Why don't they just make CoD? I think that this is the first (better) Cold war title... They could make anything they wanted, but no, must copying... I'll buy it cause I'm CoD fan, but if it's as AC, it's bullshit.
