Modern Warfare 2 Gets Double XP, Free Weekend on Steam

Fail, Fail and Fail again ! I hope IW loses their asses and the 35 that left sue the hell out of them ! Do not waste ur money on the stimulus like I did, its a fail also. hardcore teamplay does not use the maps as u have to choose the stimulus gameplay and it is random bullshit gameplay. COD was a great game, not no longer. No dedicated servers, Fail #1, VAC does nothing to cheaters, Fail #2 and stimulus package waste of money for those who play hardcore teamplay, Fail #3. Will i buy another DLC? Hell no !! Will i spend money on Infinity Ward games? Hell no !! For a game that sold millions and promised to be what it is not, I think Activision has and is losing customers who buy this game. I spend many hours listening to the rants about how they screwed the PC gamers and the BS about the whole scenario (Stimulus package) who the hell they stimulating other than their back pocket ! Dont waste your money on this game. Wait till they sue for the rights to COD and support those who left IW !! Peace Out !!

Why would I need double XP, i just hacked my rank and everything else the first hour of owning it.

If we had dedi,s we good ban kick cheats.look at BFBC2 its much better it has dedi,s and its has Punk Buster which is way better than VACS

Well I was shocked that during one of my sessions my rank jumped from Lt Colonel to 5 star general. I'm like wtf??!! did I get H4x0red?!! The double XP was generous but I would have preferred a choice in the matter. I would have prefered to work all the way to that rank because you actually feel like you've achieved something and to have all that work thrown away by this double XP I didnt really want left me disappointed and frustrated. If I wanted to maximise my rank that quickly, I would have cheated/hacked like every other asshat douchebag that kills the fun in this game.

Steam and IW are the worst, it is incredible that he has spent over 12 hours downloading the free multiplayer Modern Warfare 2 this weekend. I lost all my time and effort, besides my bandwidth, downloading something that did not help at all. When a genre I wanted to play mistakes could no longer play MW2 with my account, damn, they deceived us as a child with candy.
I just hope that the next time to treat customers with more respect and let the game really PorB. Fuck you!

Es increible que haya malgastado mi tiempo y mi ancho de banda con esta porqueria de promosión, Ayer a las 00:00 horas vi la promo, que por todo el finde semana habia Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer gratis, me emocione demasiado pues con todas las criticas que se le han hecho al juego para PC ps quise probar por mi mismo, a ver si compraba el Key. pero oh sorpresa!!. despues de 12 horas de descarga por steam voy por fin a porbar tan anelado juego y se me genera un error que dice "Ud no puede iniciar Modern Warfare 2 con esta cuenta". Aun no entiendo por qué, si acaso no era gratis por todo el fin de semana?, o era para hacernos ver publicidad?, o que carajos era lo que queria steam con esto?, increible que tan solo den 2 dias para probar un juego que se demora 12 horas continuas descargando a 250Kb/s (En Colombia). Increible que me hayan engañado como un niño con un confite, me parece una falta de respeto y Juro que jamas comprare un juego en steam, y mucho menos los paquetes extras que ofrecen. Maldito Steam y Maldito IW, pudranse. Hasta nunca.
