Shack PSA: Half-Off Amnesia Pre-Orders

5
Celebrating the inclusion of Penumbra Overture in the charity-driven pay-what-you-want Humble Indie Bundle, developer Frictional has briefly discounted the cost of pre-ordering its next game, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, by half.

The discount brings the survival-horror first-person shooter--once titled "Unknown" and currently expected to hit PC, Mac and Linux in August 2010--down to just $10.

"Take note that this will only last until 11th of May, so hurry up," writes Frictional. "This will will probably be the cheapest way to get your hands on Amnesia this year!"

Should Amnesia: The Dark Descent reach 2,000 pre-orders by May 31, Frictional will add a developer commentary track to the game. Thanks to everyone that tipped us off.

Everyone who likes horror survival, first person perspective adventure games, or is a fan of the indie scene should not even be hesitating to pick this up.

All preorders from their website can get an optional steam activation key at release, so if you're a steam whore like myself PROBLEM SOLVED.
