Were sending our clients an email on how to activate their phones and some corporate people are sticking their nose in on how a simple fucking email should be worded. I think this might be something haiku can help with?
Here is an example if un necessary text put in the middle of an email that is already far far too full of fluff
"You are now only a few steps away from having a fully synchronised e-mail, calendar and contacts service on your Blackberry handset."
is there any guidelines which specifically state that users switch off if they see too much text? I am pretty sure this is the case.
