Developed by EA Black Box, SKATE 3 heads out to North American retailers in PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 form come May 11, with a downlodable demo due this week.

That looks fun as hell. For those complaining about the wonkiness of it all, consider the target audience of "hall of meat". It's not about realism, fidelity of physics or even your own sense of how it should be.

It's all about throwing a player controlled character into some of the most painful looking bails known to man, racking up points and broken bones. Fuck the haters. If you want realism, this game has it for you too, called hardcore mode..

    In the other Skate 3 videos I've seen thus far, I haven't noticed the overdone physics evident in this one. I think it's a little much to start worrying because of one over the top episode. But hey, we're gamers, we love to fight over the little things :)
