Skate 3 'Hall of Meat' Trailer Brings the Pain

Developed by EA Black Box, SKATE 3 heads out to North American retailers in PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 form come May 11, with a downlodable demo due this week.

This series is getting more and more like Tony Hawk with every new installment (after part 2 of course)!
Being able to bail out of a trick is realistic, but extending your bail is lame. I hope they don't force stupid bail mini-games on players in order to progress.

It's all about throwing a player controlled character into some of the most painful looking bails known to man, racking up points and broken bones. Fuck the haters. If you want realism, this game has it for you too, called hardcore mode..

It almost always sucks when something like this becomes self-aware. Like pyide says below, this looks like Burnout's Showtime mode. It's pretty silly and really stupid looking. I hope it isn't required to progress in the game.
