Fallout 2 Mods Revamp and Revitalise
by Alice O'Connor, Apr 02, 2010 7:09am PDTProlific Fallout 2 modder 'killap' has released new versions of his two acclaimed mods, the Unofficial Fallout 2 Patch 1.02+ and the Fallout 2 Restoration Project.
The Unofficial Fallout 2 Patch 1.02+ fixes over a thousand bugs that were still left in Fallout 2 after its final patch, with complete saved game compatibility with v1.02.
The Restoration Project's more ambitious goals is to restore 'missing' content that was incomplete or pulled from the final game, including locations, quests and characters. It also comes bundled with the mod that adds high resolution support by 'Mash.'
There's no need to install 1.02+ if you use the Restoration Project, as its fixes are already included. Thanks to No Mutants Allowed for the heads-up.
