APB Trailer: Cheese It! It's the Fuzz!

APB developer Realtime Worlds has released a new trailer for its Grand Theft Auto-style cops vs. robbers MMO with over six minutes of gameplay, action shots and dev chat.

APB is currently in closed beta and scheduled for release on PC between July 1 and September 30, 2010, but Realtime has been silent on the previously-announced Xbox 360 version as of late. EA is publishing the game through its EA Partners scheme.

Looks very promising. Decent trailer, good balance of explosions and talking heads. It sounds like the mission stuff is fun. Make your own missions, more or less?

As long as the cops have something to do when there aren't any criminals to apprehend.

looks pretty awesome, so it is an MMO, just how big are the servers, a lot of people playing??? Can you just decide to wander into enemy territory and start causing trouble?

This is probably an MMO that I will try (because I hate fantasy). But the city looks so dull, it's not pretty or appealing. Oh well, I'll try the game and I'll probably have another opinion.
