IHmmm, I wonder if Batman: AA being awesome had anything to do with it winning Best Game.

Yet Uncharted won best action, best score and best use of audio over batman.

Batman earned it. Rocksteady did a phenomenal job on gameplay, portraying all the characters, setting the tone, story, dialog, delivering a polished bug free game. There have been so many failed super hero IP tie in games, the cards were stacked against them but they hit it out of the park. Uncharted 2 was a refinement of the first and far less risky a project.
