A host of screenshots and a brand new trailer for the upcoming mixed martial arts fighter, EA SPORTS MMA, have stepped into the ring.

The media shows off some more of the authentic environments from the included premier Strikeforce league revealed back in November, as well as some unique fighter entrance animations and the expected smattering of hulky dudes punching each other in their respective grills.

EA SPORTS MMA is currently expected to knock some teeth out on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 sometime in late 2010.

    Seeing as how it's using the FNR4 engine, this game has no excuse not to look pretty. I'm hoping, that the hit detection is a little tighter, and that the ground game isn't the like bullshit experience that has been on EVERY UFC game that's been out. As much as I hate to admit it, I hope that this game turns out really good, because I'm kind of excited about it.
