Heavy Rain Patch on the Way
by Brian Leahy, Mar 17, 2010 1:00pm PDTVG247 spotted a post on the US PlayStation forums confirming that a patch for Heavy Rain, intended to fix game-freezing issues, has been finished and is in final testing.
Though no concrete date has been set, Sony believes that the patch will be released "very soon," explaining that "given the small percentage of players affected by these issues and the difficulty that has been had in reproducing them here we're optimistic that this patch resolves your problems but cannot guarantee that this will be the case."
Heavy Rain, developed by Quantic Dream, is a unique game that uses contextual button-pressing to tell the story of four characters set around a serial killer. Read Garnett Lee's review for more information.
