Kane & Lynch 2 Release Date Revealed

IO Interactive's gritty buddy shooter sequel Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days will hit North America on August 24 and Europe on August 27, 2010, the developer announced today.

All three versions--PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360--will be released simultaneously, packing both single-player and multiplayer modes.

Along with the release date, a new trailer titled 'Welcome to Shanghai' was provided:

  I think I was one of only 10 people that enjoyed the first one for what it was: Clunky shooter with an insane story run by a pair of wackjobs that I loved to hate.

    Story was awesome and especially the endings! And yeah I love the game too
