In this case, publishers 505 Games and Warner Bros. have paired with developer Engine Software BV to bring an interactive rendition of "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore" to Nintendo DS in July, presumably before the movie's theatrical release on July 30, 2010.

"With the immense success of the first film and the vast audience and following of the franchise, this game is sure to secure a prominent place in what will be a long future for Cats & Dogs," 505 Games president Adam Kline said in the press release, describing the upcoming Nintendo DS release as "a hilarious action-platformer."
