I know a lot of people say Goldeneye 007 was revolutionary for the console FPS, which it was, but I didn't think it was a very good candidate for Xbox Live Arcade. The fact of the matter is Perfect Dark was essentially a sequel to the gameplay of Goldeneye 007, and the multiplayer was refined and expanded so much it made it endlessly fun and unique. I mean what other multiplayer game actually gives you the option to choose an AI opponent that only attacks with his fists, or tries to disarm you instead of killing you? Haha, awesome.
That's why I'm so excited for this. They did so many great things in this game's multiplayer and singleplayer. All of the Halo games sucked compared to this, I knew it as soon as I played the multiplayer.
Plus this game has almost all of the Goldeneye guns and some of the better multiplayer maps so everyone should be happy. Keyword is "should".
