The Release List of 3/7 - 3/13: Final Fantasy

Something called Final Fantasy XIII comes out this week. Maybe you've heard of it?

Highlights

If you're looking for a particular system, skip to the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS or PSP sections, or just read on through for the full breakdown.

Final Fantasy XIII will be available at North American shops Tuesday, March 9, with the rest of this week's retail games due on store shelves by Wednesday, March 10--well, except for Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising, which for some odd reason hits Thursday.

I was excited about FFXIII but its averaging low 80s at gamerankings. I'll still get it but it's no longer a rush out and buy on release day. I'm more excited about Sam and Max 2!

Looking forward to exploring Japan. FF AND Yakuza 3. It still stings when the greater shack ignores a game I think looks so awesome, but this console generation has led me to do a lot of soul searching and I've come to the realization that I don't need your approval to like a game. I know who I am and what i like and if that's Yakuza 3 then I must be true to that. People who are my real friends will understand. (actually, they won't, no one understands me :( ) So phooey to you all. I will rid Japan of the criminal by commiting crime all by my self.

Been playing FFXIII for a few days now, really good so far. Graphics are outstanding and the battle system is much better, especially for newcomers. Just a shame that the first 25+ hours are very linear
