Vanquish Screenshots Reveal Resident Evil Creator's Shooter
by Alice O'Connor, Mar 04, 2010 5:10pm PSTVanquish publisher Sega has released the first screenshots of Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami and Platinum Games' new shooter, containing all the action of the cinematic announcement trailer but none of the tender nature imagery.
A preview by Eurogamer reveals protagonist Sam's "augmented reaction suit" also allows him to perform athletic moves such as powering forward on his knees to slam into enemies, while there's also your standard third-person shooter cover mechanic.
Vanquish is scheduled for release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this winter.

The trailer was good though, mostly for the live action touch.
