In a double-dose of Batman news, Warner Bros. Interactive have announced Batman: The Brave and The Bold for the Nintendo Wii and DS based on the cartoon of the same name. Both titles will be developed by WayForward Technologies, responsible for the recent a boy and his blob (Wii) and Contra 4 (DS).
The title will allow for co-operative play as Batman teams up with other DC Universe characters to solve crimes and fight evil. Players that own the game for the Wii and DS will be able to unlock Bat-Mite as a playable character in the Wii version and use his or her DS to control the action. The show, which is currently in its second season, airs on Cartoon Network in the United States.
Both versions will be released in Fall 2010, which could be timed for the show's third season should it be picked up for another.
