Didn't this game just release? Now they already have DLC out for $10 (gotta love consoles, PC gets free DLC for the most part :) ). That is probably going to be the shortest or worst DLC there is.

Since when is getting new optional content a bad thing? As somebody else said.. Epic and Valve (as well as ID in the past) are really the two major companies who were rolling in enough dough to release tons of free content to keep their online communities healthy. Most companies can't afford that kind of thing. I think a lot of times when you finish a game you really like you are filled with the feeling of "I woudln't mind playing just a bit more of that game". DLC allows you to do just that without having to wait for a full new release. Developers have sometimes up to twelve weeks after the game is finished before it hits the shelves... they can fill some of that time with working patches etc.. but they can also put a team on making DLC to be released shortly after the game comes out. I don't really see how more content for a game is a bad thing... you always have the option not to buy it.
