  As much as I don't like him as an actor, Vin Diesel in the Chronicles of Riddick.
  
  There's the "kill you with my tea cup" scene, but more so the scene where the intense sun is rising and the girl is stuck down below on the rocks and he douses himself with water and swings down, grabs her, and flies up just as the burning sun rays hit behind is pretty badass, especially as he is just standing up there with smoke rising out from him.
