Blur Multiplayer Beta Coming in March

It wasn't all StarCraft II beta news for Activision Blizzard today, as the company also revealed plans to launch a multiplayer beta for Bizarre Creation's racer Blur come March.

Originally due in November 2009, the latest from the Project Gotham Racing veterans was later delayed into 2010 so that the team could "enhance the game's innovative and distinctive online multiplayer gameplay."

Which platforms the beta will hit--Blur is coming to PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360--weren't disclosed, nor were details on how one gets into the beta.

This game could be a sleeper hit. Bizarre is great with MP racing games. I have a feeling the beta is a way for them to get the word out.

I think this is smart because the photos and trailers are failing to give it some buzz, it will need to be put in people's hands. Bizarre is a great studio, i think it should be at least a 4 star game.

A multiplayer beta would be a good first step, as the game doesn't seem to have generated much buzz at the moment.
