Shack PSA: Titan Quest Gold $5 on Steam

8
Tuesday is here, meaning that it's time for Steam's Midweek Madness sale. On offer this week? A 75% discount on Iron Lore's action-RPG Titan Quest Gold (PC).

Titan Quest and the Immortal Throne expansion

For $5, you get both the base game and its Immortal Throne expansion--practically a steal, considering the amount of praise the series accumulated over the years.

Unfortunately, Iron Lore Entertainment is no more, having closed in February 2008 due to funding issues. However, its legacy lives on in the form of Crate Entertainment, which bought the rights to its unreleased games after being founded by ex-employees and is currently working on a "spirital successor to Titan Quest" dubbed Grim Dawn.

I always thought the character creation/talent system in this was a little confusing. But still, five bucks.

Whatever you may think about how this game compares to Diablo II, it is well worth the $5. For anyone who has not experienced this game, this is the perfect time to. You won't regret it.

      Confusing- sure.

Amazing- hell yea. One of the best character skill builders, with the amount of builds you can mix and match.
