Grand Theft Auto 4 DLC Coming to PC, PS3

Rockstar has announced that Grand Theft Auto IV's two downloadable content packs 'The Ballad of Gay Tony' and 'The Lost and Damned' will hit PC and PS3 in March.

As on Xbox 360, the pair will be available as individual downloadable content packs for GTA IV or in a standalone retail double-pack 'Episode From Liberty City.'

The Lost and Damned hit Xbox 360 in February 2009 with a tale of Libery City biker gang 'The Lost' then nightlife-focused 'Gay Tony' followed in October--an exclusivity period which cost Microsoft $50 million. The PC DLC release was hinted at in November when a GTA IV patch added the achievements from The Lost and Damned.

All will be released on March 30. Pricing has yet to be announced, though for reference the packs cost $20 each on Xbox 360 while Episodes from Liberty City was $40.

Well, even though the PC version isn't what it should have been and Rockstar Social Club is awful and pointess, this is still a good game. Hopefully I can buy these as DLC through Steam for my Steam version rather than have to use the GFWL program to purchase...

BTW, here's an interview with Ray Liotta saying he's never even seen Vice City. When GTA4 was coming out, I read a few interviews with Sam Houser and he made him sound like a douche.

YES, finally I can play these on my PC.

It will be perfect timing with the new Nvidia card coming out in that month as well :) which I plan to get.

Looks like I will finally be able to play GTA absolutely 100% maxed out in March as well with all the DLCs to boot.

This will be good times for sure for PC GTA fan no matter what.

Now just announce Red Dead Revolver for PC too... please pretty please...

What percentage of total profit does that $50 million payment from Microsoft represent for sales of GTA IV? Is that just pure profit on top of it all the unit sales profit? Do the Rockstar executives have baths made of Microsoft gold? I wonder how Microsoft calculates the payoff of this marketing scheme. Did anyone here choose to buy the 360 because of the time limited DLC exclusivity? So many questions, I shall have to invite Bill Gates over for a game of chess this week, J. F. Sebastian is not returning my calls.
