Shack PSA: Psychonauts $2 on Steam

Digital distribution outlet Steam has unveiled this week's "Midweek Madness" sale, which puts Psychonauts PC at $2--an 80% discount.

Also released on Xbox and PlayStation 2, the 2005 super-natural action-adventure marks the latest PC title from Double Fine--an independent studio founded and led by Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island, Full Throttle and Grim Fandango veteran Tim Schafer.

Since then, Double Fine has produced one other major release, the heavy metal action adventure Brutal Legend, which hit PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in October 2009.

To anyone thinking if it is worth it: It is. Buy it if you like adventures, or platformers or just nice games. Played it on the Xbox back in the day and always wanted to have it on the PC.

Love the art and the music.
