The Rebellion gang wax lyrical about their seminal 1999 PC shooter Aliens versus Predator in this new trailer for their 2010 PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 inter-species rumble Aliens vs. Predator, discussing what has--and hasn't--changed since then.

If you want to join in the reminiscing, Steam is now selling the original for a mere $5.

Aliens vs. Predator is due to arrive in February, with a premium 'Hunter Edition' offering such joys as a replica facehugger, AvP graphic novel and swanky sew-on patch.

I loved Aliens Vs Predator 2 back in the day. On this one, I am not so sure. People have said fights often just turn into boxing matches, aliens and predators melee each other and block all the time instead of sneaking and taking people out from behind. I also saw that on a video. But I don't know how true that is.

From a developers waltkthrough, the predator campaign level there looked extremely boring, walking around disabling control panels. Looked very uninspired. And the "very cool" killmoves were repeated all over the place.

I want it to be great, I would love to play it on PC, but I will wait and see what people say about it.
