It looks promising, but the lack of "official licensing" will hold it back severely.

There are too many people for whom the enjoyment of such games is inexplicably linked to the appearance of some specific corporate/team logo, or the name of a particular sports personality.

Haven't they been talking about this game for a couple years now? I mean, if it takes them a couple years to dev a football game, how do they plan on competing with EA who releases a Madden every year?

I see no reason for this not to hit PC. This would be the first sports game I'd like to play, even if its just for the physics fun. :( Too bad.
