Star Wars: The Old Republic 'Developer Dispatch' Video Examines Dark Side Design

In a Force-ful holiday treat, BioWare and LucasArts have issued a new "developer dispatch" for Star Wars: The Old Republic examining the MMO's two Sith classes.

The first PC MMO to emerge from Mass Effect and Dragon Age developer BioWare, The Old Republic has no release date quite yet, though beta sign-ups are open.

Character models seem to take an even harder turn for comical style now.
Also, interesting UI that was visible there.
Unit frames, floating combat text, action bars .... a global ability cooldown.

What does all this remind you of? ;)

for me being a huge star wars fan, i am very unintrested with the game, sith classes dont look evil, and it from the videos they've shown it feels like it's always the same 2-3 heads, just different hair, though usually bald and still not sure what to think of the gfx style, doesnt look any special and often people do it more comic like so it will age better, but doubt it will work with this one, the concept art looks 2-3x better then in-game, doubt i'll pick it up.
