Modern Warfare 2 Patch Fixes Hacks, 1887s

A new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 patch has hit PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, bringing changes including a rebalancing of the notorious akimbo Model 1887 shotguns.

A forum post by Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling gives the following quick summary of the patch's changes, while he promises on Twitter that full notes that for this and all previous patches will be released "most likely after Holidays."

1887s Balanced.
Public "private" Match fix.
Infinite Ammo fix.
Prestige Hack on PS3 fix.
Texture Hack on PC fix (eliminates any edits to IWD files also).

      What I love is that even when they admit they are aimbotting the only thing you can do is leave the game as there is no way to kick players mid game.
