Comments
-graphics are good, but nothing special.
-sliding around corners was WAY too forgiving
-I was told i cut a corner and my lap time wouldn't be counted when I went off the outside of a corner
-CONSTANT CAMERA WOBBLE (I get it, I'm going fast)
-blurred screen when I crash is annoying, realistic sure, but I want to see the crash!
I could append all these with "unlike Grid, which was just about right for an arcadey racing game.
The driving physics are really nice and weighty and quite challenging at times when hurtling down a track at full speed but never enough to feel too difficult or completely "sim-like". I love the audio, each engine has such a full on rasp to its revving that not many racing games ever get right.
Anyway, I highly recommend it, great game and hopefully not ignore by people because of the NFS moniker.
