IO Interactive has released a grainy new trailer for Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, seemingly seeking to emulate shooter sequel's cited inspirations of "documentary filmmakers and the user-generated era" for a minidoc about action, anticipation and urination.

Described modestly as "a raw and brutal crime shooter designed to take players on an intense and unforgiving experience, following two of gaming's most authentic and realistic criminals through the gritty Shanghai underworld," Dog Days is slated to arrive for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2010 under Square Enix's Eidos label.

      did you even play it?

aside from the craptastic wall cover and the every-other-word-fbomb, the game was pretty good.

I hope they bring back fragile alliance. Best coop/pvp integration multiplayer mode ever (possibly because there aren't many coop/pvp integrated multiplayer modes :-p )

I actually really enjoyed the first one. It felt like I was in the movie Heat. The only real problem I had with it was the last few levels, that threw you in a completely different environment changing the mood of the game. It felt too abrupt and out of context with the rest of the game. Really looking forward to the sequel though.
