You and your marshmallow friends/offspring will not survive the weekend, Stay Puft. I know I've been making similar threats all week, but this time, I mean it.

See, all I have to do is make a weekend chatty, finish up the release list, and then I've got all the time in the world to boot up Ghostbusters PC and toast your fluffy arse. And with this sentence, one of those two things is no longer holding me back. Watch out.

    If you're waiting for a really good wheel you'll never buy the game, or you'll end up spending $500 on Fanatec stuff.

      You may be right, but I just don't know if I have it in me to try a sim racer with a standard xbox joystick again.

        Just the MS wheel. It's shit, but it mostly works. You can definitely use it. Truth be told though the 360 controls are top notch and using a wheel will probably not improve your times that much.

  Saw one of those driving IRL last week.
  I am a Porche fan and still think it is ugly.

    In Forza, it may be really good, junk that low model 2WD drivetrain, swap in a Carrera GT engine / AWD platform or even a GT1 setup... You may be able to keep it in A class.

    Ugly yes, terrible no. I would take it over the AM Rapide any day, despite the Porsche being 1000x fuglier. The Panamera Turbo would run circles around it.

  I saw four of those on the road in San Fran (they didn't have their Porsche badges on but it was obvious what they were) and they were truly ugly.

  I actually like the Panamera, though mainly when you see it in person. just the idea of having a truly fast, luxurious car that can still fit my friends is appealing.
  
  (truth be told: I'd get a Cayman S if I could get any Porsche I wanted)

    Get an Audi S4 or S6.
    Some of the same technology, fast, and does not look like a 911 put through a taffy puller.

      I am so close to buying an RS6, but now I am tempted by the upcoming new M5 because I love the way the new 5 series looks

        New m5 is going to be amazing I think. There is a ton of competition in the full size performance sedan market now I think BMW is going to really try to make by far the best m5 yet.

    I like the Panamera turbo, so insanely fast. But you'd get a Cayman S over a CGT? CGT is perhaps the best supercar ever made (under a million I guess I should qualify that with).

      Carrera GT: no longer in production + bites your head off if you aren't a great driver
      
      Cayman S: mid-engine, RWD, and therefore better balanced than a 911

        Not arguing that a Cayman S isn't a great car, but if you are choosing a Pcar currently in production (or in production soon) that is easy to drive and mid-engine the 2011 Boxster Spyder looks amazing.   Speaking of. I got my Fanatec wheel last night. Been playing with it today. It's quite good. I kept the G25 pedals and they work great together with Forza. If anybody has some questions about the wheel I'll be glad to answer them.

    You can use the G25 wheel I believe with that Fanatec dongle, I'm looking forward to that, but lol $750 worth of gear.
