Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising Gets Release Dates

Relic's stand-alone Dawn of War II expansion "Chaos Rising" is set to hit North America on March 11 and Europe on March 12, publisher THQ has revealed.

Picking up after the events of Dawn of War II, Chaos Rising brings new missions, maps, units and wargear to the PC RTS-RPG series, plus a raised level cap (from 20 to 30) and the ability to play as the Chaos Space Marines. Thanks to CasbahBoy for the tip.

I have a semi-tech related question about DOW2. I haven't played online in quite a while because I have trouble getting into games, and when I do am often lagging. I can't figure out if something is wrong with my ports, with my net connection, or with my semi-old computer. When I play single player it runs perfectly on HIGH. I appear to have full internet connection via my wireless. What's the story?

I wonder why it's a standalone title rather than an actual expansion. Did they have a lot of users not follow them when Company of Heroes got expansions, cause surely the reason it failed to keep users (assuming it failed) was because of the insane patching scheme, not the cost of keeping up?

I personally would prefer if it expanded the current game... I wonder how this will work instead?
