        Yeah but you have to admit... it's a dick move. The fact that the content is already on the disc shows that they had it finished and ready to go at launch, but they just locked it in order to squeeze more money out of its players.
        
        Even if this just proves to be another hot coffee (accidentally left in the game), there are still other developers doing it and it's just shady. I really wouldn't put this past Activision though. I'm sure we'll see DLC in the future unlocking this content.
