New Tony Hawk: Ride Screenshots and Videos
by Jeff Mattas, Nov 06, 2009 6:07pm PSTA small flood of new media for the upcoming Tony Hawk: Ride has hit the streets.
Here are some new screenshots, followed by a "Gameplay Vignette," and another video that shows off the new wireless, motion-controlled skateboard peripheral.
The first of the two trailers is a gameplay montage, showcasing some exaggerated (and grind-worthy) architecture, explosions, and collapsing buildings. The second video, called "Sick Run," shows what the skateboard controller looks like in action.
It looks intriguing, and could be a lot of fun. But be forewarned; A general lack of user-coordination might inadvertently cause the execution of a dreaded special move - the Samsung Faceplant.
Ride is scheduled for release in North America on November 17, Germany on November 27, and the UK on December 4. You can check out our previous coverage of the game here.

I would like to play a (good) Tony Hawk game again, but without a console I am out of luck I guess.
