Well, The only games that took me away from my regular quake addiction where freespace and freespace2. Defintely the best space sims i've played. Allthough I havent done much of anyting with the descent series, I beleive Volition is a company that can put together a Very Good Game (and in less then 4 years....)

Remember that game called "Wargasm" and how well it sold? About as successful as this game is going to be. That's my first impression anyways. Maybe Volition can prove me wrong with their first fps game...

Hopefully they'll make it as good as Freespace 2 was. That game was...the shit. And I don't mean that as in "for me to poop on", I mean, "it was excellent". I doubt it'll be out for a couple of years, though.

Guys, check this out... apparently the new "unofficial" nvidia BIOS kicks ass, allowing some hefty overclocking by modifying some memory timing states. There's also a way to run the BIOS without flashing it, just so you can test it
