I bought the Civ4 pack. But I've never played it, or any Civ game before. Which one do I start with? Or are the expansions standalone so I should just install the latest one and that way I get everything in the same game?

Can't find CIV4 at all on Steam,

And all links just return to home page.

Seems it's not available in my Region.
