'Classic' Matt Hazard Game Gets New Name, Screenshots and Later Release Window
by Chris Faylor, Oct 01, 2009 2:20pm PDTWhile summer came and went without the promised "classic" Matt Hazard title, D3Publisher today provided the first screenshots and a new release estimate.
Now titled "Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond," Vicious Cycle's downloadable side-scrolling shooter is expected to hit PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in the winter.
Though Hazard has a rich history of fictional games including The Adventures of Matt in Hazard Land and Choking Hazard: Candygram, the so-called "80's videogame action hero" made his debut earlier this year through Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard.
