New Alan Wake screenshots fresh off the Tokyo Game Show presses show its titular hero fleeing through dark forests from fierce cars, helicopters, lumberjacks and stoats.

Remedy's Alan Wake is slated for release on Xbox 360 in spring 2010, with the once-certain PC release now "up in the air" and ultimately at the mercy of Microsoft.

I don't think Microsoft is stupid enough to pass up putting this on the pc, even if they have to take a few months extra. The way the game's been described so far sounds like it was practically intended to be played on a computer. There's a reason these types of games have only been succesful on the computers anyway.

Oh wait, you don't do that, you take exclusives then ask PC gamers to buy your 360 gaming device and once everybody owns it you will go back to treating the PC market like it wasn't just dumped in the garbage as some afterthought.

Its amazing how I used to crave for any kind of news about this game following it for so many years, now since the PC version is "up in the air" I skip by so much news about it. Don't really care unless they confirm a pc release

I was kind of looking forward to the isolated atmosphere that the original screens and trailers suggested but now there are helicopters and guns? Stop Amerisizing good survival horror games =/

Also, the ground texture looks like a huge blurry pixel.
