Splinter Cell: Conviction Gets Release Date, Trailer
by Alice O'Connor, Sep 23, 2009 6:37pm PDTGears of the Tokyo Game Show grind into motion with the news that Ubisoft Montreal's Splinter Cell: Conviction (PC, Xbox 360) will at long last be released on February 23.
The latest of Conviction's many setbacks came in July when Ubisoft delayed it from this fall until early 2010 as it would "Greatly benefit from the additional polishing time."
The stealth-ish shooter also received a new trailer to celebrate the announcement.

lol, I remember when Splinter Cell first came out on the ubisoft forum some stealth noob asked why you couldn't just pick up those AKs dropped by the terrorists. Somebody said cus SC = stealth, and AK = action.
Now it's "get your shotgun." Just admit it, it's an action game now :)

I hope it's just this trailer...
I can't stand pre-order bonuses though. Ugh.
Also, what is with the graphics? Did they make them that terrible so the consoles can run it or did they give this game to another group of people to work on it?
