Some of you guys might remember Verant and Sony making a statement about not allowing people to sell items and characters from EverQuest on auction pages etc. Well it looks like they werent kidding, Here is a Gamecenter article with word that they actually have banned players from the service from selling stuff on eBay. The reasons they claim (Verant) are they dont want to be caught in the middle of buyer/seller disputes and that item sales is causing high level characters to just sit on spawns waiting for stuff. Oh yeah, get this... Some dudes (shawn and his bud) went up to the top of a mountain and played Quake3. Here are the pics! Crazy.
