  • Ahh Dark Forces 1 brings back sweet memories of some of my most early dealings with the 'internet'.

Via dialup, i connected to Lucasart's BBS and downloaded the demo directly. I left it on downloading overnight - it must have been...what 1-200mb total? Maybe even less than that, I can't remember.

Anyway I thought I was downloading it from this new internet thing, and I will point out now that I am in Australia.

Hello $700.00+ phonebill and nuclear pissed parents!

Least I got to check out Dark Forces sooner than anyone else in my area!
