Morning Discussion

Knowing what to do on a Tuesday is always difficult. Should be at a loss for an activity today, I have compiled a lost of traditional Tuedicular activities you might find helpful:

  • Drunkely roar sea shanties as you power a pedalo around the local park pond.
  • Double dog dare complete strangers.
  • Reorganise your hosiery drawer (or hosiery closet, should you be so lucky).
  • Dispatch War Rocket Ajax to bring back his body. Whose? That's your secret, pal.
  • Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die.
  • Exchange heads with various animals in a series of riotous teleporter accidents.
I wish you a most pleasant Tuesday, no matter what you decide to do.

I don't know how they did it but I feel like I'm ten yrs old again in the backyard playing out epic battles of good and evil with my action figures.

Everything is just so satisfying, the powers, fusions, boss fights, slick as hell cut scenes. And the models/textures are fantastic. Daredevil's leather costume is particularly well crafted.

This is improved dramatically. More open environments and less cartoonish graphics make a big difference. They do weird things with the camera sometimes but 95% of the time you can rotate it yourself.

I remember a few years ago Bendis said in an interview that Disassembled was the first of a series of annual planned crossover events, culminating in one "event of a lifetime" or something. Is this that event?

Disassembled > House of M > Decimation > Planet Hulk > Secret Invasion ??? I know they will do crossovers as long as they are profitable, but when is this "event of a lifetime"?

The first one was pretty sweet, but I never finished it. I loaded it up the other day and I'm at the part where you go to Doom's castle but then it turns out to be the jack in a box, toy land place, or something. As much as I like the game, I've just gotten really bored with it, because it's the same thing over and over.

Now this new one looks amazing and I definitely want it, but I'm afraid I'll lose interest in it like I did the first one. Maybe I'll force myself to beat the first one, and by that time the new one will no longer be $60.

He has (in the comics) "unbreakable skin". Shooting him with most things is remarkably unproductive. He's pretty resistant to other forms of damage, too, but if your weapon relies on breaking the skin you're completely SOL.
